EU-PolarNet 2 organizes two sessions at ICASS X on June 19, 2021 (online)

The International Congress of Arctic Social Sciences (ICASS X) focusses on all aspects of human existence in the Arctic in the past, present and future: social, cultural, historical, economic, political, linguistic, educational, archaeological, engineering, health, legal, psychological, to name a few. The Congress also emphasizes history, future and sustainability of Arctic peoples and environments throughout generations and co-production of knowledge with Indigenous knowledge holders and Arctic stakeholders.

EU-PolarNet 2 helds two sessions at the ICASS X conference in June 2021 titled:

  1. An Integrated European Research Programme, opportunities for Social Sciences and Humanities researchers in future EU research projects. Date: Saturday 19 June 2021, 14:00 – 15:30 CEST.
  2. Co-creation of knowledge and co-design in Arctic research projects: re-thinking calls, seed money and evaluation criteria of funding organisations. Date: Saturday 19 June 2021, 16:00 – 17:30 CEST.
